Deeply intense red colour with delicate purple hues. It appeals with its great personality, giving tertiary notes of dark chocolate, toasted hazelnut and cocoa powder which are perfectly combined with aromas of myrtle, currant and morello cherry. Broad and expressive on the palate, it has a well-balanced and soft tannic structure, which leads into an enveloping finish of balsamic notes and sweet spices. It is particularly recommended to pair with game-based courses, roasted red meat and medium-seasoned cheeses.
