1. General
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wines4You website and services. By accessing or purchasing through our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Wines4You reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

2. Age Restriction
In compliance with Singapore law, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from Wines4You. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST (where applicable).
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are unavailable or in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery is available within Singapore only.
  • Standard delivery times: 1 – 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Free delivery for orders above SGD15; otherwise, a delivery fee applies.

5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you with alternatives or issue a refund.

6. Liability
Wines4You shall not be held liable for delays or losses caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.

Refund & Return Policy

At Wines4You, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are:
    • Incorrectly delivered,
    • Damaged upon arrival, or
    • Found defective.
  • Products must remain unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.

2. Process

  • Contact us at contact@wines4you.sg within 3 days of delivery with your order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable).
  • Our team will review and advise on the next steps.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
  • Delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Products opened or consumed.
  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery.
